    7530 and 5530 have finally hit the outlet. I picked up a i7/16gb/256gb/97wh/1080p/intel wifi model for $1450, there's a 12% discount code till tomorrow on 5530. 12Precbw11
For me, I feel like it's a around 25-30% savings fromthe same brand new config, so I'm happy.

Misleading; the stock discount is 30% and doesn't stack with the coupon discount. For example, see how they have the base model (7730) marked down from $2016 to $1399, with no coupon? Applying the coupon only brings it down to $1310. (Still better than nothing...)

That's disappointing. You used to be able to stack those things

Is it possibly to buy and install the new keyboard into a 7520?

No one has tried it (but it seems likely). You would also need a new plastic chiclet/bezel thing. The 7530/7730 has a slightly different layout near the Enter button.

Looks like I'll have to be the first one. I really hate the lack of dedicated home/enter keys.

Any idea where I can buy the parts? They don't seem to be available yet from what I can find.
Surely Dell has replacement parts for people with broken units.

    Try Dell spare parts department.
    In the U.S., 800-372-3355.

    [Edit]
I just pulled the manual / directions for the keyboard in the 7510 and 7530.
    7510 - https://www.dell.com/support/manual...f7cc47-4a33-4d8d-aa46-24e5ee5c4c35&lang=en-us
    7530 - https://www.dell.com/support/manual...b6bf99-1327-4604-956b-0ac6530a0beb&lang=en-us

The connector looks the same, but the screws for the keyboard appear to be in different places.

    [Edit 2]
The screw holes that I can see in an actual 7510 keyboard photo (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Preci...pid=15020032869&hash=item3d675561be:rk:1:pf:0) don't exactly match up with the manual, but mostly match up with the 7530 manual? It's possible that some are the same and some are different? Maybe just installing four out of the six or something would be enough to secure it?

Tomorrow at the office I will try to remove the bezel from my 7530 keyboard and snap a picture of the screw locations. Then you can judge.
