Does anyone have a threadlocker recommendation? The two screws at the base of the unit near the hinge area keep working themselves loose and cause this terribly annoying creaking sound whenever the screen position is changed, or when the chassis is picked up.

I believe the RTX 4000 actually has a TGP of 100W in the Setup and Specifications manual of the 7750.

Should be checked then when we have someone with 7750 + RTX 4000. I'm looking at @Dell-Mano_G's post here. I actually trust him more than the manual on this particular point. Also, on the 7740, which had the same set of GPUs, both of them were 110W.

It won't offer much more performance in most cases, 5% or less (difficult to justify for $1000). I'd say, only consider it if you need the extra vRAM.

    right...
unfortunately it is a great mystery to know how really solidworks uses the system resources, I am seriously thinking of moving to area51m with i9-10900k and geforce 2070 super (in italy I cannot option the 2080 super) without ISV certified drivers (i draw metal carpentry structure)

Unfortunately I personally can't recommend a51m. Had one last year and system was very unstable. I don't know if it was the drivers or the motherboard in my unit. I had the 9700K/2080 config.

    BSODs and random powering off.

For professional use cases a workstation is often better.
