Very sorry I forgot to add UHD panel to my post, edited that in now. I order the IGZO UHD panel option, would anyone have the panel brand and model number for that?

I don’t want to start any brand flame wars, but what are the general quality and reliability comparisons between the big three laptop makers Dell, HP, and Lenovo? Are there differences or pretty much the same?

There is next to nil information about the HP ZBook 15 G5 (except for the fact that it's the only 15" workstation not to have a Quadro P3200); the Lenovo P52 has lousy cooling, and the Dell P7530 has very capable hardware (with quite decent cooling, too), unfortunately somewhat neutered by firmware/software limits.

My thoughts --- Color is great (best I've had in a laptop, better than the 1080p IPS that I had in the Precision 7510)
Viewing angle could be a little better, it seems to dim a little bit if not viewed straight-on.

Hope it will be comparable or better to the current HP Dreamcolor UHD panel I have on the ZBook 15 G4. The HP Dreamcolor UHD panel on ZBook G4 has great color and viewing angle is good (IPS) but the 270 nits typical brightness is not enough in brighter ambient conditions and definitely hard to see anything when outside. With this panel I have it set to 80% brightness on average but usually need 90% in an office or overhead lights setting and 100% isn’t enough for bright ambient conditions.

Do you have the full model number? There are quite a few Sharp LQ156D1 panel model numbers on Panelook.com and they have slightly different specs.

For some reason I cannot upload pictures does anyone know why? When I drag a photo it says uploads not available. I wanted to show a cropped screenshot of the panel model numbers on Panelook but alas cannot.

There are at least 11 model numbers starting with LQ156D1JW0* and LQ156D1JX0* where * is a single digit typically.

From the Dell Precision 7530 Setup and Specifications Guide page 18 (see docs here) it says the panel has 350 nits typ brightness:
