I had this same problem with my 7510, but I assumed it was due to using the original dell E-Port replicator; however, new NVidia drivers were posted March 22 that seems to fix it for me.
    Here is driver link: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=TTX9C

FWIW, I'm running the following setup with no more flickers, and before I was getting them every 30-60 seconds.

    Precision Mobile 7510 - BIOS Version 1.4.8
    Windows 10
    NVidia Quadro M2000M - Version 10.18.13.6179, A01
    E-Port replicator
Dell U2715H - Connected to port replicator via DisplayPort
Dell U2715H - Daisy chained to other U2715H
Dell U2415H - Connected to port replicator via DisplayPort

Did you originally have 1.3.12? If not, if you like you could try the 1.3.12 which is stable for me. I don't know what they all did in the update. They did touch the video bios in some way. I couldn't update successfully from 1.3.12 to 1.4.8 without hanging at a blank and black screen followed by snow after I rebooted 40 minutes later....snow. We had to disable the iGPU to even recover. try 1.3.12 and see what you get.

If it is still flickering I would suggest support to send tech dispatch.

Or if you already had 1.3.12 and it was flickering. I would chat with support. FYI calling them is a bit painfull. typing is sooo much better.

I installed the latest Intel and NVidia drivers from the dell website and that resolved it so far. :)

Calling ProSupport has been fairly good for me so far.

(I use M1000M Nvidia graphics, proprietary drivers with Ubuntu.)

    I get :
    - flickering with Ubuntu 16.04 and Intel graphics (but never when watching a movie) ;
    - no flickering at all with Ubuntu/Nvidia, W7/Intel or W7/Nvidia.

    Hi everyone,
I ordered my Precision 7510 this morning after binge reading this thread. I have to really thank you all for the incredible amount of information you provided about this notebook in your discussions.
I will post my impressions, opinions and benchmarks as soon as I get to test it a bit, current delivery date is set for April 11 but, after reading this thread, I don't have much faith in that date.

If it can be useful to someone my recent experience with laptops is the following: I had for 9 months a squeaky and steaming MacBook Pro 15. Using it to its maximum potential for 9 months decreased its battery life by a quarter and probably fried its thermal paste since, overtime, it became hotter and hotter during the same workload.
Sold my nearly fried rMBP 15 I had a bad experience with Lenovo, their slooow customer service and a broken on arrival Thinkpad P50 (distorted sound, lots of BSoDs and freezed screens).
After over 2 months of limbo being stuck with an uncarriable desktop computer for study and work I am really looking forward to see how the 7510 will perform.

I seem to be having some trouble installing my Samsung 950 Pro SSD (256GB) on my 7510.

    Here's what I did:

    1. Installed the m.2 drive, it shows up and everything no problem.
    2. Downloaded Samsung Data Migration application, but chose not to use it because I wasn't sure exactly what it was copying over other than the C: drive. I wanted to copy over the recovery partition as well. It seemed to recognize the drive as a Samsung drive at this point though. So instead I...
    3. Cloned the OS image and partitions from the included HDD to the SSD using Macrium
    4. Removed the HDD, booted into windows on the M.2
    5. Formatted the HDD using a SATA to USB 3 adapter
    6. Attempted to install the Samsung NVMe drivers. I get the error message "Samsung NVM Express Device is not connected. Connect the device and try again."
    7. Installed Samsung Magician, it also doesn't see the device, but instead reads it as "aSsmnu gSS D59 0RP O52G6 B". This is a scrambled "Samsung 950 PRO SSD 256GB".

I was wondering if anyone has some advice on what to do next. Here's what I tried (to no avail):

    - Resetting windows 10 (recovery partition was intact)
    - Updating to latest BIOs
    - Updated both Intel Rapid Storage drivers on the 7510 Dell page
    - Removing the HDD
    - Switching from Raid to AHCI, this caused it to not be able to boot, so I switched back.

    Some additional info:

SATA mode in BIOs is set to RAID On, it was like this shipped
    CrystalDiskInfo shows the following:
    upload_2016-3-25_20-51-20.png

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

edit: forgot to specify what version of Windows I'm on... It's 10

Bingo. Wow, thank you! It worked perfectly. I'm now booting in AHCI mode without issue and the drive is fully recognized in magician. I was indeed on Windows 10, which I failed to mention in my post somehow.

EDIT: A Windows EDID read and Device Manager HardwareID both list my screen as LGD049B. I haven't been able to get a Linux dump on the screen yet.

Got my unit this morning, Sat. 3/26/16. I have to say, I am thoroughly disappointed with the LCD's visual quality. The gamut is inferior to my almost 4 year old L502X XPS15 (with the back then wide gamut B+RG panel). But most bothersome is the screen door effect that borders on intolerable. On the XPS15 it is perceptible only under the closest scrutiny, but otherwise imperceptible. I work with the XPS 15's beautiful screen and a great 1440p 25" IPS external panel, so maybe I'm hard to please?

But I have to think there's a chance this was assembled wrong with the non-IPS 45% panel. I'm going to boot a linux distro and get a read on what panel I have. I assume with a model number I'll be able to figure out which panel via Google. But does anyone have the numbers off the bat?

    From my order:

1 391-BCFF 15.6" UltraSharp FHD IPS (1920x1080) Wide View Anti-Glare LED-backlit with Premium Panel Guarantee (72% color gamut)

    From the configurator:

15.6" UltraSharp™ FHD IPS (1920x1080) Wide View Anti-Glare LED-backlit, with camera and microphone [Included in Price][IMG]
