    Like Theros123 said, you could see if Dell is willing to exchange it for another one. I doubt they will build you a new one but it could happen:) Most likely they will offer to exchange it or give you a refund. Hopefully when I get my E6400, it'll be in good condition:p . To bad I have to wait until thursday.

    I called Dell back and we figured out one of the keys was just loose. It was pretty simply to snap it back in. They'll come and replace the other parts tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. They said they're offer an replacement if I'm not satisfied with the repair.
