    New LVDS cable.... no change.

    I give up on this M6600, it is now a new machine in every way that's relevant to video output except for the LCD panel itself, and still has the same exact problem.
    So I convinced the owner to purchase a used "low spec" M6700 and I will transfer all the good stuff over from his old M6600 and install my old K5000M in the new M6700.
