    Baiii, Tommy

Here's my camera pics. I can't get the corner bleed/tint to show up but I know it's there just a little. One is Full RGB, the other the lowest RGB brightness (orange, and it definitely doesn't look like that off camera. it's low light white/greyish) No flash was used though and I upped the exposure a little on both. Doesn't seem any different with background lighting on.

It look similar to my panels but the area is smaller. Mine spread all the way to middle... Imo, it is not "corner" on a m6600. It spread over a pretty large area but the intensity is not much. I would really prefer just tight spot with denser tint over large area.

Okay, guess what, I just look closely at the u2711 in front of me, and it have the same orange left right blue, but the area is much smaller. I can notice the grey bar on NBR on left hand side is orangish and on the right side is blueish (default v4 style)

Anyways, I trying my luck with 3rd panel, hopefully it is little better than what I got previously.

That is probably the best thing to do. If you can't ignore it then it is intolerable. Mine doesn't get my attention until I read someone talking about it.

And that blue border band, upper and right side is something in adobe bridge or the panels metal frame reflection that the camera produces.

The M6600 currently doesn't support UEFI fast boot so I doubt you'll see a significant difference in boot time.

UEFI fast boot came to the M6700 in BIOS update A06, maybe there's a chance that M6600 will see it in a future BIOS update, but I'd guess no.

    Off-Topic.

If anyone is looking for or wondering about a free password storage safe, here is one I've been using for a few days now:

    KeePass Password Safe

A windows update/iexplore update had messed with my ability to preserve favorite cookies when clearing (it was fixed in a recent update, works as expected now).
Anyway, during that time was using something I'd made with MS Access - a little bit cumbersome and not as small and portable. It was bookmarked for about a year and I just got around to trying it.

I'll keep a look out for an update. Thanks

The FPR software that I been using in Win 8 has that feature. You can use the FPR and/or master password. Much better than the Broadcomm crap which does not work in Win 8 anyway. :)

Hey - what about us ancient Win 7 users, can we use something like that?

Do I just need to take out the Dell Data Protection and use Control Vault along with your software suggestion?

I never used it with Win 7, but it was updated to use with Win 8 so I cannot see why it would not work. The only software/drivers I have installed for my FPR is R308326 (run the CVHCI64 installer inside the USH64 folder) and the DigitalPersona. (don't use any of the BroadComm software after you install it - you just need the drivers to install) If you need the DigitalPersona FPR software, let me know and I can upload to my Win 8 :) SkyDrive.

    Thanks Tommy!

Now I assume the Digital Persona software has a database that can be backed up and restored seperate from fingerprints and is somewhat portable.
My enthusiasm quickly fades when I start thinking about all the freedoms I could lose. With the keepass it can be totally portable and synchronize as well as restore a simple copy.

Yes, it has a backup and restore feature. You might be able to see it in the pic.
