I have the same date of arrival on mine. We'll have to compare and see if we get the same screen or not.

They just list all of the notebooks that they've run the same tests on, which is why you end up with the 8760w being compared to a Precision T1600 with a Quadro 2000, an XPS 15 with a GT540 and a Clevo with crossfire 6970s.

I still haven't figured out how they color-code their graphs, though.

Concerning the external soins card i don't know mich but i have seen good comments on the creative x fi sound blaster.

For the overclock with trixx, 800/1000 is 100% stable as well as 800/1050 for me. The max stable frequency that I tried was 833/1059.
I currently use ati tray tool with 800/1000 and an undervoltage of 1,055v instead of 1,1v for some game. for 2d mode I use 100/150 with 0,8V

Starforge seems to have obtained better max frequency than me (he reached 1100 If I remember correctly, which I cannot obtain)

I also had 850/1100, but running Deus Ex the display driver failed... running Bad Company 2 under the same settings the system was completely stable. So I just wanted to see if anyone else tried with any other programs/games. I also have the same underclock when I want to save battery power.

Has anyone heard the news of HP shutting (or selling) it's PC and laptop division?? wonder what will happen to the customers.

And after using the keyboard on my m6600 I have gotten quite used to it but my spacebar keeps making a squeaking sound. Very irritating. Anyone else having the same problem??

P.S. ran 3d mark vantage stock settings got a score of 12385.

Nope but you can always request a new keyboard under warranty though.

If you have Pro Support you can call up Dell and they will overnight you a keyboard and just ship back the defective..
