lol if you don't have an SSD and a SATA 3 SSD, HDD don't even saturate SATA 2, not to mention about SATA 3..

What are the chances that the M4600 battery will stick out the end? I can't imagine any way of making that look decent now that it shares the same form as the M6500.

Meh, unless you are pushing through massive amounts of data 24/7, you won't really see the difference of SATA 3 vs SATA 2 SSD really...

That's pretty useless info since it all depends on what the ODM implements. If they don't have eSATA, then you won't have that feature. Similarly, they can easily disable the other internal SATA (usually only 1-4 are needed, depending on chassis size).

Do you guys see where the speakers are located on these new models? It looks like the speaker holes are those two tiny little slits above the keyboard. If that is true I am sad because it will sound like the Vostro series which is complete @$$. Someone prove me wrong, but those pictures make it hard to see where the speakers are.

Really? Maybe you should check out where the current M6500 speakers are. Judging by the width of the double slot cutout relative to the keyboard, I would say the speakers are the same or larger on the new M6600. Or course there is no way to hear them yet - unless you were there. M6500 speakers are some of the best business laptop speakers out there.

Also you don't buy a business notebook for high quality speakers...that's what consumer grade notebooks were created for.
