    That 'downclocking' thread about these units overheating in short order has scared me away.....I guess it's back to Sager....:D

    Downclocking is pretty much fixed...there are still some cases but the large majority has been fixed...and tested. Wouldn't worry about it to be honest, now that it does work as it should, it works VERY good :D

    Thanks....was it fixed with BIOS updates? A GPU approaching 100C is scary :cool: Being a gamer when I'm not working, well...it's gonna get hot...

    let's keep it here.

    so, yeah most were fixed with new BIOS...mine was anyway and now doesn't go over 79celsius max with hours of heavy gaming on an OC'ed GPU....should be fine and there's always the A03 and A02 BIOS that work for everyone
