    The fan is controlled by the temperatur meassurements. When you have lower temps, the fan runs slower... but web browsing and watching did't get the fan to run even before applying arctic silver...

    My GPU is sometimes topping 96 C. I've done the AS5 and it hasn't helped. That seems way too high. Should I return it?
