Temperature questions has been asked countless of time on this very thread. Please look for them or use the search function.

You must define LIGHT browsing... every web pages are not the same at all. Some are heavier than others, by using very large images in high quality or many images, scrolling through a page also uses more power, and that depends on the website. Flash content such as YouTube and ads also uses A LOT of the CPU and Northbridge processor. And then we arrive to which web browser you use, is any addons installed? how many? which ones? are sure there is no conflicts? Now that is for the web browser... now we repeat the same with Thunderbird/outlook and other problem you want to include. And how about background applications. It could be your IM software, it could some utility application, software update program, or other possibilities

That is why we base our system at IDLE. This means we close the computer wait until it cools off completely, turn it back on, ensure that all non-Windows software and services (except drivers) are not running, we unplug all devices from the system, we keep the system power option to Balance, and we wait 10-20min for the temperature of the system comes down as we killed applications few moment before which makes the system... well being used. THEN we see what our sensor of the system with several tool says. This way we reduce any possibility that something else falsify the data, and conclusion.

Oh and you must look at similar system specs.

    Off Topic:
About Flash, I ask friends, and other classmates at university, if their fan quick's in at high speed when watching Flash content. And they all answered: yes. The people I asked had a variety of different laptop brands. I didn't catch which models, but there where: Lenovo's, Dell Home, Dell Buisness (Vostro), HP home systems. I asked 5 people.

I got an enclosure (RocketFish 2.5 SATA enclosure usb/e-sata both). Connected it to laptop but nothing happens. It doesn't recognize the drive. When I reboot my computer using eSATA, I see Intel Matrix Manager giving me options to set RAID but I skip it and on Windows it shows nothing.

I changed SATA operations in BIOS to "AHCI" (from IRRT) but still same problem. I don't see a new mass storage drive or anything on Windows. (My BIOS version is A15)

I tried connecting through USB (instead of eSATA) but still nothing.

What do I need to do?

Does your USB port work (try a keyboard or other peripherial on the same port which you tried the HDD)?
Can you try this on a different computer? Does it work on another computer?

Hmm, the onScreen notification is still crap.
I use and recommend version A07, it's FAR FAR better then the new version, works under Win7. The volume notification level doesn't work on this latest version, like A07.

This cable explicitly mentions USB and eSATA.

Agreed. A new disk has no partitions with drive letters, so Windows won't report it. Disk Manager or Device Manager should see it. The fact that the BIOS threw up the RAID option means that the drive is connected OK. For some reason I have found that I need to have the IRRT mode to clone my HDD, but make sure that you you don't select the option for IRRT to make a mirror drive. First see if AHCI works for you.

    The release notes say:

I am with you on that, but the file numbers are the same. I had downloaded these same files as early as the end of august. I just modified my post because I realized that after I downloaded them.
