Seagete momentus 7200.4 has only SATA150 compatibility pins.
As to SSD endurance, best and simplest advice are: buy SSD that is well tested and issues free, buy with such GB that you can leave 20% free -almost all SSD take bad when you fill them. Rule of thumb is - leave 20% of capacity , but you'll be good with 15%.
    Best options now:
    - 160GB Intel (bigger size brings almost x4 lifetime compared to 80GB - 8TB writes for 80GB and 36 TB for 160GB)
    - Samsung 470 256 GB (size for one, controller that has outstanding GC good for OSs without Trim and Raid arrays)
    - Sandforce based SSD but especially on 34nm NAND f.eg.: Corsair Force 180GB

With those you can rest assured for minimum 5 years lifetime with all models of use (excl. server ftp/DB loads).

The liquid crystal is a thin layer sandwiched between solid materials and won't escape.

The second device goes in the optical drive bay. See this thread.

It moves when you press on the screen. This is normal. TN panels do it the most compared to IPS and PVA panels. It won't come out, even if you try to. Don't worry. You have to break it in 2 or disassemble the panel itself, to let the LCD liquid come out.

My psu that lies on the floor is making a buzzing noise that can be heard in a quite room from 3 meters
it changes its intensity accordingly to the state of the computer: sleep- loud
    off- loud
    on-medium
is this a safety risk or fire risk?
i dont want to pay for a new one if its not necessary

    are there any electrician forums?
