The Dell UK E6400 configuration clearly states "antiglare" for both display options.

    Hi
I'm looking forward for latitude E6500, but i need minimum 4 hardware usb ports. E6500 tech specs states there are 4xUSB 2.0, 1 is USB\e-sata port. I wonder if it(USB\e-sata port) can be used as ordinary USB port. As far as i know latitude D830 have similar ports, but e-sata port can't be used as USB.

Yes, but if you [were mad enough to] want the glossy TrueLife screen you'd have to phone them to order.

Yes, from what I've seen, the eSata/USB port can be used as either eSata or USB.

18-bit means 6bits per channel, i.e. 64 values. This means that it is a TN panel. These are not high quality (coarser colour gradients, reduced viewing angles), but are very common/domainant in laptops.

Is it possible to upgrade the latitude e6500 with a dedicated graphic card later or is such an upgrade impossible? And do anyone know something about the performance of the NVIDIA Quadro NVS 160M?

You won't be able to upgrade the GPU.

Unless you do a lot of 3D work, you might as well get the Intel part.

There is a dearth of information about this GPU. I'm sure it is the business equivalent of the NB9M, see this list.

Extrapolating from the NVS 140M being similar to the 8400M GS, I would guess that the NVS 160M might be similar to the 9600M GS.

According to this page, the Quadro NVS 160M in the E6500 uses 580/700 clocks and 64-bit memory interface which seems to put it in the same class as the 9300M GS.

Also, laptop2govideo lists the 160M and 9300M GS as being based on the G98 core.
