FYI the e6410 base price in the US went down again today (from $739 to $709).

    And a new wireless configuration was added: Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N + WiMAX 6250 802.11a/b/g/n and 802.16e Half Mini Card [add $55.00]

We should be getting 75 of these Mid May or Early June... I am looking forward to them.

Hi everyone. Would someone who's living in the US be available for a little deal?
I want to buy the Travel Lite Module, but I can't find it anywhere except for Dell US:
DELL TravelLite Travel Module for Select Dell Latitude E-Family Laptops / Precision Mobile WorkStations : Desktop Accessories | Dell
Now, they don't deliver it to Austria, and Dell Austria doesn't offer it for some reason (although they mention it on their website, my sales guy has never heard of it...)
I'm looking for a trustworthy ;) person who orders this, and then sends it to me...
I would pay via Paypal for

    10.99 the module
    6.99 shipping (from Dell)
    ~10 shipping (to Austria)
    ~10 "management fee"

Please send me a pm if you're interested and don't want to rip me off!

Hey guys. If you recieved your E6410 fairly recently, did you get a OS DVD and a Resource CD in the box? I'm trying to asses how far Dell's latest cost cutting move (making people burn off bloatware filled recovery images a la HP and Gateway/Acer/eMachines) has gone.

If you've placed an order recently, but your system hasn't arrived yet, it would be awesome if you could post here when your system arrives and state whether you got a DVD with only the OS on it.

Thanks, this will be a big help,

    Ricky

Anyone have weird stuttering with the E6410 w/ Nvidia NVS 3100M? I ended up grabbing the driver replacement from Windows Update to fix it, but I was curious if anyone else had the same issue?

I got a Driver DVD and a non-recovery full version of MUI Win 7 Pro. I didn't see that in years when buying a new laptop and was really happy when opening the package. However, the bloatware was really minimal when starting up for the first time before doing a clean install. There was some Antivirus program and Dell Control Point (the sequel to QuickSet).

Mine arrived today! I`m happy that I got it after waiting for near to two weeks only UPS travel.

    First impressions:
    I like it.
It has a nice size (I was afraid, I wanted 15,4" but because of the E6510 ist 16:9 format I went for the E6410 and 16:10). I really miss the working Space a little bit, but I like it`s reduced size.

The build quality is vey good, sure it`s no Alu-MBP, but it`s way better than my old Inspiron. There are 2 or 3 little things that annoy me at the moment, I`ll see if it goes away or if I search for a solution.

The touchpad and the screen a little little bit under what I`ve expected, but it`ll work for me. The keyboard is great. I`m doing a clean install of Win7 on my Intel SSD now and give a bit more ffedback later.

And like hugohansen said, it came with a real Windows 7 Professional 64bit Installation DVD.

I am probably going to buy one of these near the end of June. I have two questions though. My D630 has a 640GB hard drive and an Atheros AR5B91 wireless N card (full length). I want to carry both of those over to my E6410 when I get one. Will I have any issues doing that?
