same thing here. But, even if in HWINFO the PL are reported correctly with the one setted in TS, If I check in TS the package wattage never pass the 107W because of power throttling.

Hi, the ram kits were purchased new from a german retailer but there was a 2month window between the purchases... the ram was initially meant for 7510, but it wouldnt work so i jumped at the 7540 when the windows 7 support is coming to an end...

If you are paying a little to no difference more for the CL15 definitely go for it :) you won't notice the difference per say, but it is there :)

Anyone having connectivity issues with their TB3/USB-C ports? I keep getting disconnects and errors with an ext hdd stating the drive is incompatible or damaged. Drive works fine on my 7720 though. I disabled USB Selective Suspend to no avail.

Did anyone recently order a 7540/7740 and actually get it? It has a 4 week lead time?!?

question to those who did the washer mod: did you simply cut off the plastic washers? Looks like its impossible to remove them without destroying.
My 7540 still very quickly hits 100 under load after polishing the heatsink, repasting, undervolting and padding vrms. I guess this is my next step.

Use a flat-head screwdriver, and consistent, high pressure to lift them off. If you continue to hit 100 °C, then a heatsink change is in order.
