eBay is your friend. I got my Bluetooth there and the backlit keyboard as well.

You don't have to install the Dell Security software to get the broadcom USH driver recognized. If you look at the driver downloads page for your system you will see two Dell Controlpoint Security Manager options, one is the application (software) and the other is just the drivers. Just download the one that is the drivers and when you run it you can select which drivers you want to install (in your case you would deselect everything but the Broadcom USH driver). Therefore you are only installing the one driver you need and are not bloating your system (unless you consider that one driver to be bloat). There is a lot of confusion surrounding this issue on the forum and I was in the same boat until I finally discovered this method.

I'm going to check out a second hand E4200 tomorrow, that I'm considering buying.

    1) Are there any specific things i should look for?
    2) The display panel, does it matter whether it's Samsung or Toshiba? (I can't find the thread about it anymore since searching is disabled)
    3) Does the UltraPerformance Solid State Drive 64GB suffer from performance degradation? (if so, how can I measure it)
    4) Is Windows 7 running perfect on the E4200?

    Thanks in advance.

PS. If anyone has a 4 cell battery for sale drop me a line.

With Windows 7, you cannot control the display backlight when you turn off the ambient light sensor. I'm sure that it will be fixed by the time Win7 is production released.

So just ask for the "holder " for bluetooth.
I'll have to find their number. Thanks.

Is this the case even with Dell ControlPoint installed?
