The Broadcom USH driver can be installed by using the ControlPoint Security software from the support.dell.com website. Install the software and it should take care of the card. I left it uninstalled and disabled the USH because I don't use either and don't have a FP reader. It takes up needless resources.

As noted in this thread a new BIOS A07 has been posted on Dell Support-site with the following fixes:
    Fixes/Enhancements
    ------------------
    1. Updated Intel(R) Active Management Technology firmware.
    2. Updated Intel MRC to revision 2.7.
    3. Updated PXE/RPL Option LOM.
    4. Updated to PSA build 4122.
    5. Changed to 640x480 POST screen resolution for customer logo.
    6. Fixed the issue where BIOS changes are not saved with Admin password set.
    7. Added the support for normal security erase HDD feature.
    8. Fixed issue where on occasion the E800 HUAWEI Mobile Connect Express Card does not work.
    9. Updated thermal table.

The updated thermal table is something I think i notice on the way the fan behaves. Before the update the fan was running constantly for me on a rather low rpm but now it is running faster from time to time and instead stopping completely from time to time (Sooo nice when the computer is silent)
This is a good change if the computer would only run a little bit cooler without the fan on which would make it silent almost all the time.

I wonder if the trick with applying new (and better) thermal grease would actually work. Hmm... Anyone else tried that?

Has anyone running Win7 installed the latest BIOS? Just wondering if it fixes the backlight not adjustable with ALS off bug.

I just received my E4200 and im very satisfied with it, i just wish the build quality was comparable to the D series.

I would also like to share some pictures of the E4200 next to its older brother the D430.
