Thanks goodbytes for your reply. I am on Win7 RTM (Final build).

After a fresh reboot, this is what I see in Everest:

Yea that is PowerMizer not at work, as these are your normal full speed of your GPU. Try to go under battery, wait 5min and see refresh the page of Everest, and see if the GPU speed is lower. Believe me, on my side PowerMizer under Win7 doesn't work well.. i have to play a bit (plug/unplug/restart) to get it to work.

In my case, using my own tool, I set it to enable PowerMizer only when on battery.

If you have Vista as dual boot, try it under it Vista.. it should be working fine and low temperature there. But under Win7, the only thing we can do is wait for October 22nd, for all the official Win7 driver and any potential updates for Win7, that could appear on the first day of release (Bugs that were found on the RTM by manufactures).

I plugged in the power cable and after a while, I see:

    182Mhz, 364Mhz, 100Mhz

BUT, it keeps fluctuating big time.. its basically to orginal Mhz after few minutes. I am using latest Dell's Win7 Driver: 186.21

I have Nvidia Mobile drivers 186.21, which should be the same. I would say I have the Geforce drivers, but I noticed that both (Quadro and Geforce) are the same setup file... so it's the same thing. I guess they were able to provide both game and CAD optimization on one drivers for this low end GPU.
