So I got nvidia inspector and it over clocks beyond what afterburner allows me to. However it does not auto start by default. The way I did it is to set your clocks and then have it create a shortcut for the over clock settings. The button next to apply default. With that new file drag it into the start up folder. Might have to do it manually through my computer. Just open some temp monitoring program when you restart and see if the clocks are applied.

honestly the best way to oc when you know stable clocks is the mod the bios clock itself. I am trying to find out with nvidia's version of radeonbioseditor exists... It would be awesome if it does.

Is there any way of upping the voltage? Temp is clearly not an issue with my current clocks since it loads at 65. Afterburner doesn't let me even with cfg modification.

If you can alter the VBIOS then yeah it is possible I think on a nVidia card.

essentially, you have to find a way to mod the vbios itself for voltage ups. Does the software exist?

    Promising!

NVIDIA BIOS Editor 6.03 (NiBiTor) download from Guru3D.com

*Sigh I cant figure out how to read the bios with this program

UPdate: having major up and down throttles when just stressing the gpu. The temp is 76c. Not sure if this temp rrelated though 76 is a great one... It throttles like 2 mins into furmark.

The temps are good. Many users of Clevo notebooks have temps of fermi gpus around 90c.

It shows in your pic, the Win7 Benchmark is 7.3 with the oc ? My non oc quadro 4000m on a m6660 is at 7.2 for GPU.

mine is at like 7.1 or 7.2 without oc. with oc, it increases to 7.3.

60% is quite a lot of performance.

Which scenario is worse, maxing clocks to the limit or upping voltage to the limit?
