Yeah without trying to be a jerk about the whole situation my take on it is that Sager was not expecting to sell more then a dozen machines with SLI in them, i guess they were wrong by a long shot...

I'm not being a jerk, I've got more patience than most, heck my laptop takes over 10 mins to start.

I'm just curious how it all works, I seen a page showing G73JW orders and the long wait they had, I was just wondering if it was standard practice?

I'd say, this is far better than the normal practice. ;)
I waited for 1 month to get the M17X from the moment of ordering and 3 months to get the 8740w.... :(

What happens with the warranty if you brick your M/B with a Bios update? What happens to your warranty if you screw your system by over clocking it, even though you have brought an over clocking CPU (980x) and they have supplied software to do it???

avadirect just bought mine there a few days ago, cheaper than xoticpc (actually cancelled mine beause of it) and they have the HDMI-INput. And way more customizable options. Shipping was expensive to Afghanistan though lol... also it seems from avadirect, the Clevo version has a LED LCD unlilke Sager's FHD LCD. And it doesn't have that lame Sager logo on the back of the LCD (or eurocom) instead it has its own design.

Does anyone know if the third HDD bay (under the Battery) is able to take the 1TB HDD? They are 12.5mm the standard drives are 9.5mm. (Eurocom Panther 2.0 are advertising the possibility of 4TB of HDD so they must be offering 4 of these).

That review makes the X7200 not that impressive as the GTX 285M SLi system they compared it to isn't too far off, and that is using a 920XM too. Could be a driver thing...

I dont share your optimism because a I just found out it has 140 nits ONLY. Could you or any reseller comment this? $4000 Dollar laptop with worse LCD than $500 HP? I guess 50% of owners will return them. I am so dissapointed :-(

Reviews results are just horrible - I understand this is pre-release model but the same one local resellers are shipping to first customers. Damn I am so pissed. Laptop has switched of under full stressing which is what I was worried about.
