currently finished undervolting this but i am unwilling to bench it again as of right now i ran a prime for stability for 3 hours with no problems and also tested this with 3d mark temps reached 82c but i had no freezes or anything like that
used throttle stop with -90mva which for me is the sweet spot it goes from 2,9ghz up to 4ghz basically it is an 8700

You'll need to repaste the GPU with a decent paste.

Found a better map area for load, 1920 clocks on GPU, 74C temp.

No sorry, I have a PA70HS-G, thought you were just looking for repaste temps.

    Hello,
does anybody have an unlocked bios for N957-TP6? The one that came with my machine is a little basic, well let's say 'very basic'! I still don't understand why any vendor would do that to fairly high performance design.

Sometimes it's an LCD or video cable defect. Have you tried reinstalling/updating the Intel Graphics driver?

all are set to best performance both in control center ,nvidia settings and power plan . i even set default gpu the nvidia one .yet upon trying to play or run furmark gpu stays at 139 idle speed.
Skyrim crashes on 10 minutes and really slow movements drivers are the latest of clevo
i attach a picture of a test where it is shown that gpu stayed at 139mhz

ok after a bunch of tries of test and fails i succesfully resolved this ,there was a conflict between control center and windows power plan which automatically reduced gpu speed . ( stupid of microsoft to limit without warning ) what is resolved is the speed that now goes beyond idle speed ,yet i cant seem to run furmark or 3dmark properly need more digging ,at least i saved shipping money for the time being for warranty purposes ,would be thankfull if anyone has a proper bios ,the one shipped with this is too basic for my liking

After repasting with icd 7 heat of cpu and gpu was almost same maybe even worst. Ultra and high settings bf 1 always peaks at 90-88.

Has anybody tried to run a 8700K or a 8600K in this Laptop? I know it's not recommended and will probably void the warranty because the cooling is not designed for these 95W TDP processors - I am just curious if anybody tried and what the outcome was.
    Thanks

What do you expect FN+2 and FN+3 to do? In the clevos I've owned, **only FN+1** turned on/off max fans. No other FN+<key> combos with the exception of maybe FN+D would do a BIOS reset.

I guess anything is possible, but for the 4 different Clevos I've owned, although they are different models (purchased in North America) I've never seen that type of functionality.

Because low noise will beat higher noise. People ask for laptops with lowest possible noise. If the hardware run +90C degrees, Oh'well it's still below throttling point. See... Apple they prefer 100c instead for higher fan noise.

After flashing 1.07.08 bios, Sound Blaster Cinema 3 started giving "There is no supported audio device avaliable" error. Tried reinstalling drivers and sbc program but no work.
