Yeah, I just did that and there is an order number and status says order submitted. I took the two day shipping option, I think it said it could ship by 2/21, wish it was sooner

you did say they included with your order overnight shipping right?? I was hurrying up through the order and can not remember if I did pick that and I can not look it up at the moment it just says order submitted.

on shipping, don't think overnight was automatically selected, i manually selected it and it was still free, i think.

Was sitting by my computer frantically hitting F5 every minute. Some friends came to my door, left my PC for 20 mins max, come back. All sold out :/ I wonder just how many they make per batch exactly.

John, great review! It definitely made me feel more excited about my purchase last night! I finally got the confirmation email this morning, and my order status is "in process" I sent customer support an email to see when an estimated ship date would be available.

Says if your credit card is charged it is shipped... Mine was charged today so guess that means it was... If not shipped then they are going to have a problem... Lol...

I enjoyed reading it, I just wonder what Bus is the GT555m in the Blade using as you said it uses DDR5 with a smaller bus than the DDR3 equivalent. Also, how was the switchblade UI in LoL are you able to remap spells and items to it? Or is that something that you think may come in a future update?
I also thought the Alienware and Macbook AIR had a baby thing seems to be about right. lol -

So I was told they will ship out Tuesday by a razer rep... Boo... They said my charge on my card was a pre-authorization not a purchase but my bank says otherwise... Kinda fishy if you ask me... The rep also told me it was shipping out on Tuesday because it was really a pre-order and not a actually stocked item.. Another weird thing... What do y'all guys think??

I do remember seeing something during the order process that 2/21 was an estimated shipped date. My order still says "in process" I hope that our orders actually went through and they didn't oversell this batch.

All taken directly from their site, in this case both things happened to me.
They are saying that it is shipping out on tuesday for sure, my complaint is if these 2 things happened why is it not shipped and they can not provide an answer..
I understand what the estimated ship date was but like I said these 2 things were met then they need to change their policy or revise it and not give sad excuses, and the key word is estimated could be sooner or later. -
I can tell you these guys go above and beyond their duties to correct things, still have not recieved and answer to as why things are going this way but they are working very diligently to correct it!!!

The website just changed to "In Stock" and the "Add to Cart" button is back. If its "In Stock" how come the shipping date is still listed as 2 weeks from now?

Just got an email response to my order inquiry this morning as to when it will ship. They said the product is on backorder with no update on when it would ship. Guess I'll be spending Friday on the phone with Razer...not the happiest camper but hopefully can get it resolved soon.

I sent them many emails requesting details, availability, etc and NEVER got a single response back. Even if I wanted to buy one I wouldn't because how can you deal with a company who won't even respond?

OK, now I'm confused. After getting a response to my Twitter mesage to Razer that the backorder email was sent to multiple people in error, I got this email from customer support this morning...my confidence in Razer is definitely taking a hit after this experience
