Not to mention when you bring out the real floppies - the ones that really were floppy - and start flinging them around like frisbees; I used to have some 8 inchers that made really killer "ninja" discs. :D

Yeah we have a lady here that has a messier desk then I do. Im sure a culture taken from her desk would reveal some nasty bacteria...

I remeber taking 3.5 "floppies" apart and using the actual media for ninja stars.

Nice! I wanted the admin spot for my school. But between senior-itis and my gf(who is now my wife) i had other things to do with my time.

    My current setup...
Custom rig that I built, Microsoft Natural Pro keys, Logitech MX1000 mouse, 22" HP Lcd, 5 Yamaha home theater speakers hooked up to a Pioneer Elite receiver (I got really tired of crappy computer speakers :) ) and a Tascam hoookup for my keyboard and microphones. My new Asus N81 lives under my monitor when its hooked up.

Very sorry about the horrible picture...Thats what I get for uploading as I was walking out the door! Will upload a thumb with much better quality tomorrow.

While he should resize it if you actually wanted to see the cell phone quality picture youd do what I did. Right click and view picture, the browser resizes.

As i said he should resize it for one reason or another, but the page going half way to the ocean is not convienient for the rest of the thread.

Here is my chair, it was handed down from my Grandmother.

The wood kind of matches yours on your desk, @bilemir! ;)

I'm considering using it as a *computer chair* since I can't seem to find what I like to blend with my desk.. ;)

    Will need to be recovered!

Nice, all of the wall art that we have is still stored in boxes, we moved 1 year ago and the house is just too small to unpack everything.

Yeah! :) Art Desks are pretty nice and look really good.

I've moved in, and I'm starting with the installation of the different System Components.

First, the Home Server. A nice IKEA Home Server :)

It will get both VDSL and WLAN included in (300Mbits/s wlan). So I'll have a nice fast connection in my appartment.

And of course it will get holes for the cables, and it will get placed besides the ordinary cloth wardrobe. so no one notices it at all.

Next: Media Center PC and then pics from the beamer + media center + notebook in the living room.

then, part 3: installing the studio / computer room etc. there, a 3m beamer wall + 24" tft will be enough. all flexible and dynamic movable so that i can make a nice cinema room out of it if needed :)

I try to make it so that ladies will like it. Ladies normally don't like computer stuff standing around, so it all gets into that nice little place. Just hope it gets all fine with all the possible heat.

Hehe, those are cellphone photos re-edited with paint.net btw :)

media center will be from hfx.at, just payed some minutes ago :)

    hfx micro media.

I like silent, I like clean :) and i like invisible power :)

When all is done, I'll post some fancy movie about my appartment :) My dad just bought a full-hd video cam so.. :)

edit: and yep, it has battery powered led illumination in it, so i can open it in the dark and see everything.

same for the cloth wardrobe btw, and all my lights in all my rooms are leds. i love them :) cool and sweet and good for the nature :)

Some Updates about my home server, he's now in it's place, and all got fixed and rearranged. WLAN is now in the box, too. so i'll move on to my next targets..

but now that i have an IKEA Home Server (check my sig for the latest updates.. pics right now are not that nice as i don't have a real cam at hand), it looks like I HAVE the IKEA Dave. It's a table, with my name, and it's a Laptop Table :)

not that i would really need it, but.. hey.. :)
