Matty if you're truly gunning for the leaderboard a fan and window won't do the job lol. Unless it's -20 degrees outside you'll need an a/c source. I had to cool my gpu down to the 18-20 degree range before a run before I could start it or the run would bounce and that was with an i5 not a small heater(your 920xm). And as DR650SE mentioned(glad you saw it DR650 ;) ) you need to run it at the resolution he said, and also need a cpuz and gpuz window running to prove clocks and hardware in your screenshot to qualify.

If you have a/c in your house you can use that just keep in mind household a/c units push a lot more humidity/moisture which can damage computers, it's not likely that it will but it can. If you have no source of a/c just don't do it as you can fry your card, cpu, and pretty much whole computer in the matter of minutes doing benchmarks on extreme overclocks.

So 3Dmark 2011 comes out on November 30th, we also have the GTX 460m coming in systems. Start submitting your benches to see if we can change these top spots up a bit ;) I will add sections for the new 3DMark and the new gpu later tonight so start shooting your benchmarks off!

ThrottleStop has had a significant work over under the skin but I haven't seen any bench results yet to know if it is good or bad. On the M17x R2, after you use ThrottleStop to setup the TDP/TDC and multiplier stuff, you can probably exit ThrottleStop after that when benching. The information is written directly to the CPU. Some laptops like the M11x R2 keep resetting the TDP/TDC information so you are forced to have ThrottleStop running while benching.

The TS 2.90 series is more efficient and should be able to handle throttling in the XPS 1645 and M15x better after TS has been tweaked but I need to wait for some bench feedback from users before I can make any adjustments.

wow with your setup you can expect very high scores, but all below mine of course, heheheh

geez 2-3 more week, more 460m owners need to step up to the plate.

ok i think its time to slap the 5850 back in and do a 3dmark11 run.

Your old M15x would be a killer. 3dMark11 appears very video card-centric, with the CPU having relatively little influence. Like Vantage, except more so.

It was really slow when I downloaded it. Those servers are overwhelmed. Most of the time, unable to use the review score online facility because of "unable to connect" or "server busy" errors.
