Yeah, you're right. I was just curious as to why it was happening.

 

Ouch toasty, highest temp I got even when overclocked was 61c and that was ina heated room. (460m)

Ahhh futuremark... They always like make us feel like this, it feels bad to get a new card to discover that it is already "outdated" . Dont worry thats just a score, you can play everything at very nice fps

 

Gotta keep in mind that the program is designed to stress the GPUs to the max. It doesn't reflect DX11 gaming. It's designed to test a cards DX11 capabilities under the most extreme circumstance.

System: i3-370M 2.4GHz | GTX 460M | 3GB 1333MHz Mem | 900p | 250GB HDD |

Running at default/original Dell drivers 259.64

 

They it shows its not that important with the CPU after all. the i3-370 have the same result i had from factory with i7-620m. razor 16190, plz run som Vantage and 3dmark11 please

Well if physics scores show off the cpu then i got over 3000 with my 620m so it does make a difference.

 

I would really like to see comparison between different cpu's but exactly the same setup. And see the benchmark results !

i7: 3222,5 mhz with turbo and normal 1841.1 mhz i run this overclock without any problem

Guys I would love to post my GTX 460m benchmarks but FEDEX doesnt want to deliver my package since December 22 . I cant explain how much I hate FEDEX... Hopefully the card will arrive tomorrow or Ill go for it in 2 days more...

So, what do you get when the test is run at the Performance default resolution of 1280x1024?

 

I'd imagine in the 12k range as those additional 224 pixels make a bit of difference lol On another note, I'm trying to make time to keep up on the benchmark thread as far as updating and what not but work is getting hectic, if there is anybody that would like to run it, can update it more often, and knows the code stuff for the forum shoot me a pm and I can hand it off. If not I will continue to try to update as soon and often as possible. I also need to hear your ideas on what categories to include for 3DMark 11: gpu, cpu, overall, etc?
