Would you recomend me this vostro?

Not really as there are several reasons why the Vostro 2510 is a better choice for some. First off HP laptops are known for insane amounts of bloatware whereas the Vostro laptops ship with almost zero bloatware. Secondly there's the issue of Windows Vista.

I have used Vista since it launched and I still prefer Windows XP Pro. With the Vostro 2510 deal you get two operating systems for the price of one. :D Windows XP Pro still goes for around $100. That's only if you prefer Windows XP Pro if not both laptops are a wash and it really boils down to looks or brand preference.

Although the Vostro 2510 is really a Vostro 1510 it appears to have a better build quality along with an improved fit and finish over it's counterpart. The Cherry Red finish and accents look very striking.

Problems with NVidia 8000 series video cards is the reason I do not recommend Vostro 2510.
Failure rate for this card is high.

System and price is very good except for the video card.
