    i think you don't know what i mean...

    the last times i have installed the normal nvidia and not dell driver the led screen dimmed and i was not able to get the full brightness. after installing the dell driver agian it worked again.

    Using it with right now and it works fine so far. No problem with AC, battery powered, sleep yet. Seems pretty decent. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

    Hey guys new here! hopefully will be able to help aswell as posting dumb questions!:D

    anyway got my M6400 last week and have a few dumb questions.:rolleyes:

    1. My AVS software (CA suite) which is supposed to be compatible with W7 64bit is causing grief with Dell control point stuff.

    2. Finger print did work and actually logs on OK at Bios but is not Recognised in windows, Dell security keeps saying it is failed!

    3. I need to use Virtual XP, can you pass the cardbus port to it?

    Looking at my specs, can anyone estimate how long battery would last gaming (offline, wifi off) say, Rome:Total War?

    Need to figure out if I should bring my extra battery or not.

    why take a chance? if you have an extra battery take it with you ^^

    Not as well as if you just turn it on, set you screen brightness, play your game or whatever and see for yourself.
