    for Dell Precision M4600 Mobile Workstation

    What I want:

    Processor Intel® Core™ i7-2820QM Processor (8M Cache, 2.30 GHz) and 16GB of RAM at 1600 Mhz

    Processor specification (Resume):

    Memory Specifications from Intel
    Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type)---->16 GB
    Memory Types-------->DDR3-1066/1333/1600
    # of Memory Channels----->2
    Max Memory Bandwidth----->25.6 GB/s
    ECC Memory Supported----->No

    The Memories (4x4GB = 16GB)
    ok, but, what model of Kingston HyperX memory is?
    I have found:

    The negative review I saw was the i5 processor.

    The problem:
    According "Sinestar" (on newegg), the model Kingston HyperX HX1600C9S3K2/8GX "The only chips Will Perform at 1600MHz Intel XMP You have an platform capable (Sandy Bridge +)"
    With the i5 2410M not work, but according to the specifications for this processor does not support 1600Mhz. I think this is the reason that keeps at 1333Mhz.

    So guys what do you think about this?
    What's your experience about this? or knowledge?

    I believe iieeann's using the second one you linked, as am I. There is also a 1866mhz version with slower timing that is compatible with the M4600 as well (regardless of the official specs). There's no compatibility problems, but one of the 4 sticks I received was faulty. I got that switched out and now everything works fine.

    Hi,
    I have read a lot on this forum about SSD's and wanted to share a little info. I do not have an M4600 yet but am looking. I currently have an M4500 and use a Mushkin Calisto Deluxe SSD. It has worked perfect from day one, not only that their company has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They also have a new Sata3 version out that I am sure is just as good. If you looking for a solid easy solution I'd check them out.

    Also I know i have asked a couple times with no luck but can the M4600 support 3 monitors with the Quadro 2000M?
