Unfortunately no, I am using AMD (ATI) M5950.
I have no luck with AMD Latest Driver for Windows 8.1 Preview.

Dell's Latest Driver for M4600 M5950 is on 2011. I have not yet try.

What weird is this morning when I switched on my laptop, the Brightness Control (FN+Key) is working, though no Control Preview (Dell Quickset) is working. The Charm bar couldn't be used to control the Brightness, only the FN+ Key work. What weirder again, the Brightness Control not working again after I restart my laptop. I don't remember what I did last, before I switch off until this morning.

Try this one if you want a recent driver: AMD FirePro, it's for Windows 8, but it should work with the preview for 8.1 as well.

Does anyone have experience using an external USB 3.0 Blu Ray player/burner?

I just bought this LG Blu Ray player/burner:
Amazon.com: LG BE14NU40 Super Multi Blue External USB 3.0 14x Blu-ray Disc Rewriter: Computers & Accessories

I installed Cyber DVD 10 and updated to the newest version. The Blu Ray was recognized on My Computer and I could hear the audio, but the video would not render -- even with the plug plugged in for full GPU access.

I don't want to install an internal blu ray burner and would like to know of any external drives that work.

Has anyone ever updated the GPU to M4000/K1000M/K2000M?

There's a small chance I can get my hands on a K2000M for a tiny amount of money and I want to know if it's possible.

Haven't heard on the M4600, but M6600 owners have reported success using the new K-series Quadros over there, so I fully expect it to also work in the M4600.
(Only gotcha would be if there is some difference in the heatsink for these smaller cards.)

Should be fine then, Dell uses standard MXM-A/B for both models.

Someone got GTX 680m to work in M6700, so K2000M should work in M4600.

With all the drivers packaged in one installer, nope. You can however get Win 7 x64 Pro using the instructions here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/win...-digitalriver-windows-7-sp1-13-languages.html and hit Dell's site for the drivers. rcb.to.ca also has a reimaging guide for the M6600: http://forum.notebookreview.com/dell-latitude-vostro-precision/687529-m6600-reimaging-thread.html, most of it should apply directly to your M4600 too.
