    Hey... Glad your back. UncleSpam.
Seen most if not all your posts on this thread and wanted your feedback many times during my learning curve here.
Experienced alumni with the M4400 is a treat for myself- the late arrival, and a few others doing drive-byes, asking or assisting...

    If anything else... Welcome back.

I hope to get your current opinions about your successes, mods, and workarounds, etc. with this machine.

So turn back on, the alert email if you care to be a rock star out here...
Or just like to be helpful... lol.
As your likely aware. this thread is rarely visited until, just lately.

I inadvertently got drawn in dominating the last few pages into blog type submissions
    Not my usual M.O....
But all the same, just coping "in the desert without a horse."

And thanks for your info above, I'll be sure to check and comment soon as I got to run...

Dear Uncle Sam, I am sorry but I was not enough clear: I use the Dell M4400 with Mac OS X 10.10.x

So it's a different horse than Win10. BTW I know W10, I was in the insider program from Microsoft and had an excellent experience with it. But back to OS X 10 on the Dell, I do not have all the tools I can download for W10.

I've tried few apps for Mac but none of them is able to read the CPU temp. I only have the SSD temp( 34°) or the CPU load (often at maximum with the little P8400).

I think I will go for the QX9300 because the local dealer is able to sell one. If the Dell is going to reboot often, then I will be able to go down to the P8400... Waiting time to find a Q9100 or a Q9000.

    RenaudChine,

I understood your message, but you did mention that you had plans to install Windows 10 on your computer as well.

My posts are for all who need information on drivers for Windows (more specifically for Windows 10).

    Arf, ok.
In order to flash the Bios I have to use a Microsoft system anyway... I am in A26 version, I've seen A29 is the last one from Dell. But it costs me at least one hour to prepare an USB key and install W10 on the Dell. :(

Are you planning to make a dual-boot computer? OSX and Win10?

stringbuzzzzzz... you write a lot and I'm not sure you read what I write.

I am running Windows 10 and have no issues with any devices.

I'm not sure what you mean about being absent... strange, there's definitely a disconnect.

    Hello
    Excuse me, no implied weirdness.
I'm sure, due to the hours spent here.

    Hope all is well, UncleSpam.
