Thanks , Sven - took me long enough to get it . :)
My in laws are coming tomorrow so I won't be able to use it for about a week .

Keyboard stopped working properly earlier today but seemed to be fine 5 minutes later - was very slow in responding , I had to type very slowly for it to work - anyone know what it could have been ?

    Hello.
I just bought Dell Precision 7710
    - xeon 1505 V5
    - 4k IGZO
    - Firepro W7170M

    Unfortunately I have a problem :

    1. Operating System often "Freezes" when I work on dedicated GPU
    2. When I play games, GPU LOAD jumps from 0 to 100%, this behaviour cause pain FPS drops.
    3. When I use decicated gpu, there is black belt on bottom of the screen, which cut taskbar in half

I had NBD repair twice, motherboard and W7170 GPU has been changed, but problem is not gone.

    Anyone had similiar problem ?

there are pictures of it :

I would probably uninstall - reinstall the AMD Firepro driver and see if any change. I've also read in the 7510 thread not to use the AMD Automatic driver detect feature when installing/updating your AMD driver as it doesn't know to select the proper firepro driver.

Also, does Windows see you are running native resolution in Advanced Display Settings (3840x2160)?

    1. I have allready tried all drivers, from dell web page, from dell detect also. Two different drives ( ssd, hdd ) and 3x Windows reinstall.

Windows see resolution correctly. When Iam on dedicated gpu only ( intel hd off) OS see only two resolutions - native and 1024x800 or something like that.

I think almost all was done and its still isnt working correct :(

As a next step I would be sure the Dell BIOS is up to date and then update the Intel HD Graphics driver to latest version just to cross it off the list of possibilities. I would also follow up with DELL so they are aware that you are still having the same problem as before. They have to provide a solution if problem persists.

Okay a little update, about my problem.
    1. Bios has been updated.
    2. After Graphic Card replacement I have no more FPS drops, but screen suttering, like half second freezes every 10-15 seconds ingame or more often.
Also system happen to freeze for a moment.
    3. When I turn off W7170 and play games by using Intel Hd graphics, there is no freezes, its perfect.

Dell dont have idea how to help me for that moment.
Motherboard + GPU has been changed and they give me advices, to test other drivers, OS etc.

Do you still get the black belt in the toolbar (cut in half) when using dedicated GPU?

I wonder if the freezing can be attributed to a setting in AMD Catalyst? Maybe tweak catalyst settings? Perhaps someone with your same GPU and OS can share their AMD driver version and the catalyst settings that work for them.

Looks like that I have solved my problem "Halfway".
In Bios I turned off "Switchable graphics" and OS is running only Firepro GPU.
Black belt disappeared, OS freezes and ingame suttering also seem to end.
