Both screens were the 4k displays.

Glare appears to be lower. Not sure if it is the new gorilla glass type, or some other coating.

The color gamut of the screen rivals the IPS panel in the M6700. When I had them side by side. Possibly better. Looks like a 100% AdobeRGB/NTSC panel.

    Event was UNC Cause.

they're basically the xps 15 so on the 4k screen gorilla glass 4 is used which is glossy, but glare isn't that bad.

No NIC, I can understand. The M3800 came with a gigabit USB3 NIC. These days, wireless at work is very fast.

Trackpoint is less important to me. I have one friend/coworker that still uses the trackpoint.

I am also most interested in the 7000 series. The screen on the 5510 rivals the M6700/M6600. Hoping the new 17" 4k screens on the 7710 will be as good.

Thanks for sharing the pics and the specs.

Secondary Home, End, PgUp, PgDn keys in the arrow key cluster - very disappointing; there appears to be plenty of space for those to exist as dedicated keys. That counts it out for me.

I am actually leaning toward surface book just because it has dedicated Home/End/PgUp/PgDown keys lol (Actually, I just realized that you have to use function keys to use them on Surface Book).

But I will have to wait until reviews come out for both XPS 15 (precision 5510) and SurfaceBook model, and see both models in person at Microsoft store.

Is there a release date for the 15' Precision model available yet?
