I'm going for the 2000M then. If there will be any bios fix in the future, I will update then again or it might also be easier at some point to go for a used m4700 or even m6700, they seem also rather afordable on ebay, to get the mxm b sized Quadros.

An eGPU solution might also be rather interesting.

I hear the ExpressCard eGPU solution is usually pretty simple and easy to get working these days. I may try it if only for mining at the very least...would help to pay for other projects without needing a justification clause with my fiance lol.

m4700/m6700 definitely have it easier in the upgrade department from what I understand.

Doing my best (tried lots pf stuff today) and waiting for Prema's vBIOS mod. If it will not work - I might be stop researching on this until some inspiration come. Om, why there is no RX460 in MXM ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ And why only M4600 and M6600 laptops have such a bug... Feels like this BIOS was engineered by AMD... Life is so harsh... Just want to play 1080p games on high settings T_T

Good news. While still waiting for Prema's vBIOS mod, I've playing around with ACPI and at least I get rid of Intel ME error. And yeah, I've found the file that is configured incorrectly. But the bad thing is, that this file have over 1500 lines of code, so... Not so easy to find the way though

Passed my physics exam today so things are on track so far

Now I have Python and javascript to complete in 2 weeks, oh the joy.

 

I wish you have AML instead of those two

 

Yeah Python I dont have any interest in, but Javascript at least I would be able to have a better understanding of how RPG Maker MV works.

What is AML? Maybe I can start looking into that on my spare time until school is finished...
