Yep, the international rates for an average Joe are horrendous. You might check USPS - a flat rate box up to 20 pounds in weight is 50$ worldwide (+ some change for insurance) and is pretty fast as well. Not sure if it can safely house the E6400, but a regular shipment shouldn't be far more then that.

Warranty is international only if you opt for the Next Business Day as far as I remember.

i think i'm going for a closer country to buy one
ever since the transport cost is outrageous.

or i will downsize my choice that's the only option ithink

Just checked the USPS flat rate boxes dimensions and they are to small for the E6400. Regular priority package would cost around 100$ - I think you'll have a hard time finding a better deal even with that shipping, specially if you'd be getting one from the outlet.

Doesn't your country have import/custom taxes? In mine it would add 20% of a notebook's price.

    Spill resistance:
I once spilled a cup of tea over my e6400. The keyboard wasn't damaged but I had to take the whole thing apart to be sure there was no fulid on critical components. I found a drip of tea on the mainboard which came rather through the touchpad buttons than the keyboard.
