Isn't the physics / CPU score of ~8000 quite a bit low? I get the same score on a 2960XM (M6600) and close to that on a 3610QM (8770w). More of that CPU throttling, perhaps?

    I just ran a prime95 test...
    4800mq, 6100m.

    It ran at 3.2ghz for ~1 min (84*c) 53w
    Then downlocked to 2.999 ghz(75*c) 47w After 10min the temp didn't rise.

    measured with cpuz and HWmonitor.

Just got my M6800 setup with a Samsung 840 SSD and Windows 8. Any know if you can put a second battery in these? Perhaps in the CD slot?

There is a battery slice that uses the docking port on the bottom of the machine.

does anyone know why when i make an image of my m6800 with clonezilla it bombs out half way through saying package power limit notification? I disabled all the multicore and speedstep options in the bios, which stopped the error from coming up and all appeared good, but the image is only half the size it should be...

Bokeh provided nice pictures of the battery slice last year in his M6700 Covet unboxing series.

What battery life are people getting? In power saver, and the dell extend battery life profiles, i can only get 4.5hrs with screen on lowest brightness... Battery bar says im using about -22,500 mWh with the screen all the way down and the system at idle?
