M6600 dead?

    Yeah, it will probably take some setup, but I thought you could start the machine after the CMOS reset? If that's the case, get it setup that way.

    Then, you can test if the power button is broken by sending the magic packet and seeing if that turns the machine on.

    After the cmos reset it started up once and that was it really, wouldn't work a second time

    reset cmos 1 more time, started machine, set wake on lan, shut down, successfully started after i sent a wake on lan command. Decided to test one more time and and now even with the ac adapter plugged in, i have no lan activity from the ethernet jack on the pc so i cant try another wake on lan event. It really only seems to come on whenever i reset the cmos :(
