    If it worries you, just call Dell for a replacement. You have 1 year warranty (by default) on the battery, and your issue should be considered a fault.

    Does it report 100% in the BIOS also?

    I'm going to talk with Dell support and see if it's normal. I'm not too worried; but would rather have an absolute battery than one that is already wearing down.
