hot E6400 ac power adapter

    In BIOS > Power Management make sure that "Standard Charge" is selected.
    I tried out ExpressCharge once and my power adapter got dangerously hot and started buzzing. I have the standard thin 3-prong 90W power adapter.
    My battery did charge in an hour, but I won't do that again.
