    I just received my refurbished E4300 late last week. Other than the big green refurbished sticker, it's hard to tell, for met at least, that it's refurbished.

    Can't complain though, I saved over $1200-1300 compared to a new one.

    The laptop came without any Vista DVD and had Vista Business 32bit, no SP1, installed, but I wanted 64 bit. I emailed Dell about the issue and they overnighted me a Vista 64bit DVD.
