Actually in terms of dust and scratches, the Covet was not very good... The glass plate when closed is way too close to the keys. If it's closed, on a desk, it's probably fine - but if it's closed and being carried, the glass hits the keys and causes the vertical smudge lines you can see in some of my photos. I was cleaning it off every time I opened it if I was working on graphics.
