Ok, let's look at the numbers:

Here are the latest 1535M scores from the passmark website:
    1. http://www.passmark.com/baselines/V8/display.php?id=57986201152 CPU Mark 9,350 Disk Mark 16,232 Memory Mark 2,464
    2. http://www.passmark.com/baselines/V8/display.php?id=57811044206 CPU Mark 9,463 Disk Mark 8,883 Memory Mark 2,560
    3. http://www.passmark.com/baselines/V8/display.php?id=57562600858 CPU Mark 8,477 Disk Mark 10,648 Memory Mark 2,668
    4. http://www.passmark.com/baselines/V8/display.php?id=57558561645 CPU Mark 9,361 Disk Mark 12,042 Memory Mark 2,657
    5. http://www.passmark.com/baselines/V8/display.php?id=57514154797 CPU Mark 9,193 Disk Mark 2,567 Memory Mark 2,797
We see that the system (#5) with the poorest Disk Mark score does not have the poorest CPU Mark score.
We also see that the system (#1) with the best Disk Mark score does not have the best CPU Mark score.
In fact the system (#2) with the best CPU Mark score comes in at place 4 of 5 with regards to the Disk Mark score.

Now if you look at the scores for the 1545M I posted above (CPU Mark 10,131 Disk Mark 3,581 Memory Mark 2,705), you will see that it has a really bad Disk Mark score, just a little bit better than the worst 1535M system (#5).

When I look at all these numbers I don't think the hard disk influences the CPU Mark score much. However if it does the 1545M might even end up faster, because the system I posted used a very slow hard disk.

Hi guys, 7710 arrived me yesterday!
I will let my feedback in a few days but for now I'm going crazy to update win7 it was with the machine to win 10. I know I can do the clean installation but I have to upgrade 7 to 10 before... Trying everything through usb install but I always get this error at 15% of the installation and rollback to 7.
    Here the error :

    0x8007025D - 0x2000C
The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during APPLY_IMAGE operation

Of course already check it in Google, tried many attempts but nothing to do...

I think you can do a clean install with win 10. No need to upgrade first. I did this recently with a M6800 that came with win 7. I pulled that drive, put in a new SSD and did a clean win 10 install with the latest MS USB Install. Worked Great.

The upgrade was required previously, but that's no longer the case. Go ahead and do a clean install.

    @alexhawker
Yes I remember you and Aaron already told me but Microsoft chat yesterday told me it was just needed.
So I can clean install 10 using 7 key, even if 7 never been upgraded to 10?

Yes, you can do clean Windows 10 install with Windows 7 key, as long as your Windows 10 media is version 1511 (build 10586) and not the original build 10240.
