The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

It was just a heads up really. I too had no issues with it - until one day I was finding that a newly restored image wouldn't login to the network - and mucho googling found the problem (and solution) detailed above.

You'll only get the issue if the password changes itself before restoring an image - which defaults at 30days, but I'm not sure if that is a minimum as I had no problems till I restored an image that was 4months old.

Thanks for the heads up, the thing is that we usually update our ghost images once a month to add the new updates from Windows, Adobe and Java.
So that might be another reason to why we have not run into this issue yet.
