    I put system on ahci mode but it's. Doing bluescreen.
    I want and need to. Know how to convert from Intel rst to Ahci.
    Help me guys.

    I managed to add registry entry suggested in that thread.
    Now I am running ahci mode with improved read scores by margin of 15.
    It's running on msahci driver from 2006.
    Any need to update the drivers?

    Would be nice, but I wouldn't hold my breath on that one.

    1. Requires a BIOS update to work, meaning the manufacturer must be willing to crank one out. With the E6x30s on the way, they may or may not bother to put one out.

    2. There seem to also be articles floating around saying only specific chipsets will support the new CPUs (certain desktops only?).

    We shall see, I guess.

    Intel says desktop Q67 will not support ivy bridge. What about QM67?

    Is it possible to remove nVidia GPU from e6520 which has it originally built-in and leave it with just HD3000?
