Does anyone have any real world data (not marketing lies) on battery runtimes for the E5500 and E6500 with integrated graphics?

Marblehead, is that for an E5500 or E6500?

It's an E6500 for sure - the E5500 has CCFL screens only...

That is a lot lower than I was hoping for. I might have to call Dell tomorrow and see if I can change from the 6 cell to the 9 cell on the order I placed today. I didn't want the battery sticking out the back but might have to endure it to get a little better battery life.

6 cell lasts for 3 hours? Ugh...The 9 cell is $300, should've bought it with the order when I had the chance.

I just thought that I would add in here, with this new chipset the battery life depends much more on what is being done than before, and will vary a lot.

If the battery life was 3 hours during a stress test, it could be almost double in casual use.
