Well, I've ordered the Latitude E4300, and it finally shipped earlier today. With 2nd Business Day shipping, I should have it Tuesday.

    Quick Specs in my sig!

All E4300 owners... speak up! How is this system?

I bought this because of the incredible aesthetics coupled with great technology underneath. It's the perfect size and weight I was looking for.

Are the harddrives in this model 2.5 inch? I'm itching to get an Intel SSD.

Did you get one in regatta blue/royal red, or did you stick with black? :)

I stuck with black. Thought about getting Blue though. Maybe next time.

BTW, where did you (and others) get those avatars?

    We got them at faceyourmanga.com

    :)

Yeah the blue looks pretty good in the few photos i've seen of it. Now if they only let latitude buyers choose from that sweet orange color available for the Precision....*drools* :p

It's interesting how on the smaller E series latitudes the color choices are a bit different from the larger ones. For example, on the E6400 the red isn't shiny, it's a darker more handsome shade (which I kinda prefer now). If you look at photos of a E4300 or E4200, the red is actually shiny. Odd to not share the same colors throughout the entire line?
