DELL windows Vista is not free?

    I just told them that the 64 bit disc wasn't included with the other discs that I received. The rep then apologized, and before it was shipped i verified that it would be sent at no charge.

    Check with you credit card company to see if they have actually charged that amount. I bet they have not, and will not.

    the billing department doesnt charge my credit card. they want me to send the check instead. So i need to call DELL on monday again...

    Well, I received my copy of Vista Business x64 today. So far no charge...
