I just received the shipment number, but the Dell sales Representative told me that it will take from 5 to 7 days from China (Factory) to Holland (EU Hub), plus one or two more days for the final destination within western Europe.
Is he just a little bit pessimist or simply realist?

    May I have your experience?

Well, think about it, you think they are overnighting it from China? It does take time for a product to move half way across the planet.

Well, when I (my Company) ship to China it takes usually no more than 48 hours, one more day if the location is somewhere lost far from any big City.
For what I know Dell produces trough Foxconn, in one of the biggest industrial district in China; there should be a cargo plane departing from there to EU every hour...
I'm still hoping to get it within the end of the week :)

Mine is as well. However I placed another one today and its in production already. Looks like you might have to re-order. I am checking my Dell rep to see as the EDD is this Friday.

Well I placed an order on 11/21, a 512G SSD with a larger battery, which is the only configuration has a 3200×1800 display in China. And it is supposed to be received on 12/3. It seems even ordering in China still takes about 2 weeks until you get it. (you should feel lucky:hi2:)

I ordered mine on the 14th of Nov.
I got a shipment notifiation on the 21st with a UPS tracking code...
Until today the Tracking number is inactive.
A Dell rep. told me this is normal and it 'll probably take another week to
    get to Germany.
10 business days is the goal from "shipped" to "delivered" I learned..
