Dell Precision coupons?

I ordered mine earlier last week and I was told they are cracking down on expired coupons and things like that. I had a coupon that was expired and was told that they would extend it as I was waiting for the RGB-LED and then when i finally placed my order the manager ended up not being able to do it. Just a heads up!

 

The good news is that the senior small business reps actually have a little latitude when it comes to price. I'm ordering mine on Monday, but I already have the quote and managed to get a 26% discount. You just have to make a case for the discount over the phone - I simply told my rep that the price was too high and that it would have to be discounted fairly heavily for me to make the purchase...

Giving example better deals from competition gives you a leverage as well.
