If anyone has any more of these coupons they are not using and would like to give to someone else, I could REALLY use one.

Also wondering how I can get info on the wireless cards being offered in the build page. Dont know why Dell has no info on there.

And whats the deal with no LED on the regular version?

Sequoia225, if you get more than one would you please PM one over to me. I'd appreciate it.

I unsubscribed from the emails earlier this year, dang it.

Considering I seemed to have access to one tonight then lost it to someone else....(its like someone just took 1500 dollars right out of my hands).........I think I wont be so lucky to get another, but if I do, and get an extra, I promise you it will be in your inbox.

    :)

good luck to each of us.

Thanks Sequoia, that is very nice. But nevermind now. I bought one of eBay for $5, and it worked like a charm on an m6400 Covet (In Production). I highly recommend doing the same.

But if I come across another one while browsing the forums, I'll send it over. Also check out slickdeals.net, and fatwallet.com. Some people have been posting theirs over there, and if you're quick you can grab one.

Where do these coupons come from? And why don't I ever see any? I must be looking in the wrong places because I don't know where the right places are I guess.

I'm a customer for sure. So who and where do I sign up for these emails? Maybe they asked when I bought my last $4000 laptop from them and I probably said no. Stupid me.

I found a coupon which although is expired now was actually only for INSPIRON and another (I forget) type of laptop but it worked when appleid to the M6400 - that was 10% off.

Look anyway it doesnt matter about coupons, all you have to do is configure an order online speak to a rep, speak to them for a while and say you are considering it, get them to call you back some time, that way you are a maybe type customer, hopefully the rep will then pass you up to the next in line senior who will have even more sway (although the original rep can also get you any discount they just have to clear it with their immediate superior).
Anyhow - once you are in this position and especially if you know the value of any recently expired coupons you will be able to go down and down and down on the price - also make sure you ask for free delivery.

Total discount I got on my original order came to 600 GBP incl. the free shipping, that was several discounts nudges and attempts. The total price still came to 1999 gbp plus tax whcih is what they rounded it down too in the end.

Good luck and remember there is most definately someone on the office at the end of the phone who has the power to give you a big fat discount.
